Summer Fashion

Ok, so May is here and that means summer has now officially arrived, and we all know that with summer comes SUMMER FASHION WOO HOO! Finally we can wear sun glasses and not look hip and ironic. Other styles to look forward to are the return of shorts for boys (we all know girls have no sense of feeling in their legs thus are capable of wearing shorts in temperatures that are below freezing). Men don’t be embarrassed of those pale sticks you call thighs, now’s the time to get some color back into your legs. Now another summer style that I have somewhat mixed feelings about is flipflops. Now flipflops are a risky venture for several reasons. First of all, there is the safety issue of the sheer pain one feels when a rock gets into said flipflops. Also, for boys, unless you are at the beach, when you wear flipflops you tend to look like a dirty hippy. All in all I am excited to see summer fashion take over Brentwood in a totally appropriate and in dress code style.
