It's that time of the year. The time that everyone in the school has been waiting for ... soccer season.
After a record turn out of 50 kids (sorry basketball), the teams have been made and practice started last week. The Varsity squad has extremely high hopes for this season. Last year's PK loss in the semi-final is still stinging the returning players. When asked about the loss, senior and potential captain, Augustus B. '11 replied, "Nothing compares to the grief I felt after that game, except for Zenyatta, the super horse, losing by a nose in her last race. But we are using that loss as motivation for this season." The soccer team hopes to hang the first Men's Soccer banner ever to be hung in the Eagle Dome.
Good Luck boys, may the force be with you ...
